As we talked about rules...we need to get stricter ones for now...about recruitment...activity and so!

If someone have rule proposals, post them here, and explain them well.

I will List them and you will vote them.

I agree with u in the thread about Inviting Rules

if someone wants to be invited we need to vote, all vices and members..

so there are applications to decide, one person alone cant decide
